e-Learning training workers to work in a safe way

E-Learning is a method of learning with the help of computers and the Internet, the advantages of which are:

• enables quality participation in training even when there are problems due to dislocation, shift work, schedules and similar circumstances
• enabled the simultaneous participation of a large number of users
• it is available 24 hours a day, which allows users to choose when and how to access training

On-line theoretical training for safe work can be accessed on the basis of the risk assessment.

Depending on the risks, harms and efforts that occur when performing certain tasks, and in accordance with the Risk Assessment, the candidate is given access to certain training modules aligned with the needs of the user and the legislation of the subject area.

For jobs with low risks, it is sufficient to conduct only theoretical training, and it is considered that the worker is trained to work in a safe manner.
