Energy certification

Preventa d.o.o. is among the first companies in the Republic of Croatia that received authorization from the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Spatial Planning and Construction to conduct energy audits and issue energy certificates for buildings for simple and complex systems, P-38/2010.

We carry out energy certification of buildings, business premises and apartments.

The energy certificate is a kind of energy identity card of the building, which shows exactly how much energy it consumes, how much it loses unnecessarily, and which energy class it belongs to. The energy certificate is a legal obligation and a condition for obtaining a use permit.
