Inspection of physical hazards (noise, lighting, microclimate)

The employer is obliged to carry out tests on the physical factors of the working environment (illumination, noise and microclimate) at least once every three years. The purpose of the test is to determine the extent to which the test findings are within the limits established by the regulations and norms that apply to individual areas.

The employer is obliged to carry out tests within a period that cannot exceed three years. Regardless of this, the obligation to test exists immediately after the conditions for which the test is mandatory have arisen, as well as after any change in the working environment that has an impact on the condition determined by the previous test.
