Fire Protection Regulations

Legal entities that are owners or users of buildings, building parts and premises, as well as professional services, based on their own conditions and needs, and in accordance with the regulations on fire protection, establish measures and tasks related to the implementation and improvement of fire protection by general act.
The minimum content of the general act in the field of fire protection for legal entities and professional services whose buildings, construction parts and premises are classified in fire hazard categories, in accordance with the Fire Protection Act, are prescribed by the Rulebook on the content of the general act in the field of fire protection ( Official Gazette 116/2011).
